Carwari Rice Vinegar is made from 100% organic rice. Fermented by a natural and traditional Japanese method that allows the fermentation process to occur slowly creating a mild acidity and rich flavour. It has a pleasant fruity scent, instead of a heavy stuffy smell that is common for rice vinegar. Recommended for use to flavour Sushi rice and for use in traditional & modern Asian cuisine.
