Everyday Superfood Smoothie Bowl
Ever feel overwhelmed with all the superfoods you’ve been told to eat? Never have enough time to include them ALL into your meals?
Make it just a tad easier with this everyday superfood smoothie, ensuring you get your daily intake on some VERY important superfoods!
Ingredients:
- 1 & 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 x Frozen Acai – Amazonia (frozen available instore)
- 1 Tablespoon Maca Powder (instore now)
- 1 Tablespoon LSA (instore now)
- 1 teaspoon Greens powder – Vital All-In-One
- 1/ 2 Tablespoon Cacao Powder (instore now)
- Serving of your choice Plant Protein (I like Vanilla flavour with this one)
- 1 Tablespoon Flaxseeds/ Linseeds
- Dash of Cinnamon
- Dash of Turmeric
- Your choice of Plant Milk (I like coconut)
Toppings (optional):
- 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
- 1 Tablespoon Pepitas (instore now)
- Fruit of your choice
- Drizzle of Macro Mike Smooth Peanut Butter
Method:
- Blend all the Ingredients, excluding the toppings in a blender.
- Serve in a bowl & place toppings as you like
